Stillingsopslag: Kvindelandstræner

 

Floorball Danmark søger ambitiøs kvindelandstræner, der skal arbejde med sportens dygtigste udøvere og som ønsker at bidrage til udviklingen af dansk floorball.

Floorball Danmarks ambition er, at de danske landshold skal præstere på verdensklasseniveau i international sammenhæng, og dermed være fast del af top-8 i verden. Som kvindelandstræner skal du være med til at sætte retningen for, hvordan vi sikrer en sportslig fremdrift i Danmark.  Du vil komme til at arbejde ud fra Floorball Danmarks sportslige strategi frem mod 2025, der vil kendetegne Floorball Danmarks strategiske spor i den sportslige udvikling frem mod 2025.                         

Profil

• Du er en holdspiller, med god evne til at samarbejde med flere frivillige og professionelle.

• Kommunikative evner i form af erfaring med coaching og undervisning.
• Du skal kunne indgyde tillid, troværdighed og respekt samtidig med at have evnen til at sætte kursen, når det er nødvendigt.
• Være bevidst om egne stærke og svage sider.
• Uddannelsesparat og lyst til at blive klogere på, hvordan du kan styrke dine kompetencer.
• Du ønsker at indgå i en langsigtet udviklingsplan.

Kvalifikationskrav:

• God til at kommunikere mundtligt såvel som skriftligt.
• Udviklingsorienteret og parat til at følge den sportslige strategi, der skal afspejle sig gennem af Floorball Danmark regions- og landshold.
• Kan arbejde med videoanalyse (gerne erfaring med XPS Sidelines).
• Minimum 4 års trænererfaring på dansk liganiveau eller lignede erfaring fra udlandet.
• Uddannet på minimum DIF Træner 2 niveau eller lignende uddannelsesniveau fra udlandet samt uddannet med floorball relevant uddannelse minimum 50 timer.

Jobbet
Du kommer til at stå i spidsen for de bedste floorballspillere i Danmark og får mulighed for at teste dine evner af på højeste internationale niveau. Du bliver sammen med det øvrige landsholdsteam ansvarlig for at skabe de bedst mulige resultater. Du vil som landstræner skulle være forgangsperson for øvrige trænere med henblik på at kunne inspirere og vidensdele, så vi kan skabe et stærkt træningsmiljø i dansk floorball. Du vil som en del af din ansættelse få et uddannelsesansvar i forhold til videreudviklingen af trænere, udarbejdelse af uddannelsesmaterialer, og have et tæt samarbejde med de øvrige landshold regions- og landshold.

Stillingen som kvindelandstræner indbefatter de internationale weekender samt turneringer, hvilket vil omfatte hverdage. Derudover vil der være arbejdstid til forberedelser, scouting af spillere og spillersamtaler. Under sæsonen forventes det du er tilstede til pokalfinal4, Superfinalen & årlige trænerseminar.

Job posting: Women’s national coach of team Denmark

 

Floorball Denmark is looking for an ambitious women’s national coach fo team Denmark who will work with the most talented players and want to contribute to the development of Danish floorball.

Floorball Denmark’s ambition for the Danish national teams is to perform at a world-class level internationally and thus be a regular part of the top 8 in the world. As the women’s national coach, you set the direction for the development and how we ensure progress in Denmark.

You will work based on Floorball Denmark’s sporting strategy towards 2025, characterising Floorball Denmark’s strategic track in the sporting development towards 2025.

Profile

Qualification requirements

• Good at communicating orally as well as in writing
• Development-oriented and ready to follow the overall strategy, which must be reflected through Floorball Denmark’s regional and national teams
• Can work with video analysis (preferably experience with XPS Sidelines)
• Minimum 4 years of coaching experience at the Danish league level or similar experience from abroad
• Educated at minimum DIF Trainer 2 level or a similar level of education from abroad as well as trained with floorball relevant education minimum 50 hours

The job

You will be in charge of leading the best floorball players in Denmark and will have the opportunity to test your skills at the highest international level. Together with the rest of the national team and staff, you will be responsible for creating the best possible results. As the national coach, it is expected that you lead and inspire other coaches from the Danish league via knowledge-sharing events so that we can create a robust training environment in Danish floorball. As part of your employment, you will have training responsibility in relation to the further development of coaches, preparation of training materials, and close collaboration with the other national teams and regional and national teams.

The position as women’s national coach of team Denmark includes the international weekends and tournaments, including weekdays. In addition, there will be working time for preparations, scouting of players and player interviews. During the season, you are expected to be present for the cup final 4, the Superfinal & annual coaching seminar.
